Berry Circulation Smoothie

This refreshing berry smoothie is packed with colorful  fruits, fiber, and antioxidants that may help support overall heart and circulation health as part of a balanced lifestyle. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon energy boost.

While smoothies can support healthy habits, they are not cures for medical conditions. Persistent fatigue, tingling, swelling, or circulation problems should always be discussed with a healthcare professional.
